THE prison where Arthur Labinjo-Hughes's killer step-mum is in isolation has pink cells and televisions for inmates.

Tustin and six-year-old Arthur’s dad, Thomas Hughes, 29, were jailed at Coventry crown court on December 3.
Jurors heard Tustin had carried out the final fatal assault by violently shaking Arthur and repeatedly banging his head on a hard surface.
The little boy had been poisoned by the sick couple as they subjected him to a "campaign of cruelty" that matched the “medical definition of child torture.”
Tustin was convicted of murder with a minimum term of 29 years and Hughes was caged 21 years after being found guilty of manslaughter.
Cons at the private jail have also been able to decorate their cells, with photos from a report by HM Inspectorate of Prisons showing one painted pink, with pink curtains and a pink heart decoration.
Another cell at HMP Peterborough had bright yellow and pink walls and a blue storage unit.
Overweight prisoners have also been given pedometers to help them slim down.
The report in March found weight management was "important" for prisoners who were encouraged to use the activity trackers.
Nearly two-thirds of inmates said the food was good at HMP Peterborough, with menus for a range of diets and healthy options available.
The report said: "Women were able to personalise their cells, which they appreciated, and many we saw were painted in bright colours, which women said made them feel more homely.
"There was sufficient space for women who shared cells that were designed for two people, but for the small number who shared cells designed for one person, living conditions were cramped.
"Toilet screening was inadequate, especially in shared cells."
The inspection found prisoners were spending up to 23 hours a day in their cells due to Covid restrictions, with a television provided to everyone who wanted one.
Tustin is now being kept in isolation from other prisoners for her own protection as she is a "massive target" for attack.
It's been claimed she was poisoned with salt by her cellmates in revenge for torturing tragic Arthur.
She is also under near-constant observation to ensure she doesn't self-harm.
Her vulnerable prisoner status means she has no contact with other lags, and eats, exercises and washes with just prison officers for company.
A source told The Sun: “Every effort is being made to protect her from attack. Like it or not, prison officers have a duty to keep order and the rule of law inside.
“In her case, they’re gritting their teeth to do it but she’s a massive target. It’s only a matter of time before someone takes a chance to do her in.”
