Piers Morgan branded ‘fat’ by Miley Cyrus video model Angelina Duplisea in heated debate over obesit
model Angelina Duplisea told Piers Morgan that if he cared about not promoting a bad body image then he should take himself off air.
Duplisea's made her comments during a heated debate on Good Morning Britain, about her appearance in Miley Cyrus' new music video.
Piers said that her appearance glorifies obesity and sends out the wrong message to impressionable youngsters.
But the 46-year-old model hit back at Piers, telling him that he was also fat.
"Here is my point about all this, right," said Piers to the plus-sized model.
"It is whether we should be celebrating a body image which is medically defined as highly dangerous."
Piers then goes on to list some stats about Angelina's body but gets her age wrong, which she points out.

He said: "If you don't mind me just going through some stats here.
"You are 36-years old, you are 5ft 4in, you are 380lbs, 27.1 stone and your BMI is 64.6.
"Now, the BMI ranges according to the World Health Organisation, 18 is underweight, up to 24 is normal weight, 25-29 is overweight, 30-34 class one obesity, 35-39, class two obesity, anything over 40 is class three obesity.
"That is morbid obesity i.e. a level of obesity which could very possibly lead to early death.
"The reason I am saying it is so viewers can understand the debate properly.
"When you are that level of morbid obesity statistically, is it right to put people like yourself into a pop video celebrating that kind of weight?
"I ask you honestly, to be honest with yourself."

Angelina replied: "Honestly, if you were really concerned about people being obese and representing something bad, you would take yourself off the air because you aren't exactly slim yourself."
Piers then hit back saying: "I am 220lbs and 6ft 1in, you are 5ft 4in and 380lbs, there is a difference. I am not morbidly obese."
As Piers goes on, Angelina, who is talking from Los Angeles, says: "But you are still fat too, you're still fat too."
The 54-year-old then replied: "You might think I'm fat, most viewers are looking at this and are not seeing me as morbidly obese.
"You are perfectly entitled to throw the jibes back at me."
Angelina responded saying: "But you are still fat, you are on TV, you are on TV everyday."
Piers went on to say that he would have felt the same had an extremely underweight person also been put into Miley's video.
Susanna Reid argued that it was about accepting people of all shapes and sizes and said there was pressure on teenagers to look perfect, Plymouthherald reported.
