Birthday party horror as car mows down party-goers injuring seven
A 'traumatised' witness to last night's horrific London car smash has released dramatic footage of the 'anarchy' which unfolded after the 4X4 ploughed into pedestrians.
His shocking video purports to show police officers training their Tasers at young men and screaming at them to 'get on the f***ing ground!'.

Just seconds before, a group of party-goers were leaving a birthday function at the Hotel Rafayel on Lombard Road in Battersea when they were mowed down by the BMW X series.
One, believed to be in his 20s, suffered a broken leg, one sustained a head injury and five others left with minor injuries. Five men have been arrested.
The 28-year-old man from south London, who wishes to remain anonymous, was coming round the corner from the party when he heard the deafening impact of the BMW careering into the wall.
He told MailOnline: 'We heard a loud bang and some girl was screaming out "help" really loudly.
'Then there was a lot of anarchy. I think the police were in the area already because they were already there.'
He added: 'It was just crazy. People were trying to get home and then this happened, it was horrible.'
'I'm still traumatised from it. It hasn't stopped me wanting to go out in London, but it was just shocking.'
Police are now hunting the driver who mounted the pavement and mowed down seven people after the birthday party fight spilled onto the street.
