Regina Daniels Husband Ned Nwoko Sacked As PDP Senator Elect By Court Of Appeal

The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, has sacked Regina Daniels husband Ned Nwoko as the senator representing Delta North Senatorial District, thegeniusmedia reported.

This is coming just few days after he got traditionally married to actress Regina Daniels whose father say is 17-years old.

Premium Imes reports that the court in a decision on Thursday said the case instituted at the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court which resulted in the recognition of Mr Nwoko as the winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission was wrongly filed.

The Court of Appeal ruled that the matter ought to have been tabled before the lower court before the expiration of 14 days from the time of the incidence that birthed the suit.

Ruling also that the case had become statute barred and that the lower court lacked jurisdiction to entertain the matter because of the failure of the applicant at the lower court to file the case before the expiration of 14 days

“As at the time the matter was instituted at the Federal High Court, the case was statute barred. We set aside the decision of the Federal High Court and strike out the case,” the court ruled.

My view: Ned Nwoko is not fit to be a Senator good decision by the court of Appeal. Just look at their ritual marriage and traditional wedding pictures the 17 year old girl isn't happy at all, it's all facade. And she'll have her day of the week to sleep with her husband at home, because the wives all have their day in the week when they can sleep with their husband, as they are all equal at home and their husband treats them equally, Regina is only number one in the media and when she's out with her husband, but at home she has her place and her turn. It is terrible. The experience someone I know had with her rich husband's other wives at home was horrible, they gave her honeymoon period of six months before some of them were fighting her, when it got physical then her parents demanded that her husband should get her a separate house. Regina's mother should get a stand in female security/personal assistant to protect her. Ned Nwoko is not the only one with 6 wives but he is the only politicians flaunting a 17-year-old underage girl in public.
