Woman Severely Disoriented After A Bike Accident as she runs mad In Delta Nigeria

Apparently, the unnamed woman was on a bike that had an accident and she was in shock and appears to have mental breakdown, as she ran mad immediately she fell from the bike.

My view: This is so sad, the lady is clearly in shock and completely disorientated and instead of helping the woman, the person recording did absolutely nothing, while a bystander can be heard saying the woman is so fine/pretty. I think people who record someone in distress or being beaten and did not call for help, should be prosecuted.
