Mentally unstable mother of 6-month-old twin babies spotted roaming streets (Photos and videos)

A heartbreaking video has recently gone viral. The footage showcases a woman who is mentally unstable.
The said woman has a set of twin babies with whom she roams about the streets of Lagos. According to those who have spotted her, she is based in Egbeda where she walks about the area with her twin babies in hand.
Like any normal mother, she takes care of them, even breastfeeds them. The lady mentioned that she has been feeding them on food meant for growing babies but it is not enough for them.
This woman and her two adorable kids have drawn the attention of many Nigerians. According to some people, in trying to help her, they have taken her to several police stations, but the law officials have always rejected her.
The unidentified mentally unstable woman has been taken to a whole lot of different places in a bid to get her help but no one is particularly willing to lend a helping hand. Due to this, a lady named Princess Ibeh Constance Ebere took a drastic step. She captured a video of the woman and her children, posted it on her Facebook page and tagged someone she thought could help the ailing mother.

My view: It is sad to see a mentally unstable woman going through this difficulty all by herself, while her country's president Buhari travels to London for treatment. And according to reports, when some people, who were trying to help her, took her to several police stations, the law officials have always rejected her, it's baffling. Due to this, a lady named Princess Ibeh Constance Ebere took a drastic step. She captured a video of the woman and her children, posted it on her Facebook page and now she has attracted attention from the heartless Nigerian government. It's good to see how good Samaritans are showcasing to the world how millions of Nigerians and the disabled are suffering because greedy past and present working politicians don't care.
