Man allegedly guns down couple at gas station, calmly tells clerk to call police

A Miami man fatally shot two people at a gas station and then walked inside — still holding the rifle that he used — to tell the clerk to call police, according to local cops.

The 44-year-old, identified as Oscar Blanco, then walked out to his vehicle, placed the gun on the driver’s seat, and waited for officers to arrive, authorities said.

“You have everything on video so there is no need for me to talk,” he later told detectives, according to NBC 6.

Blanco allegedly killed a Homestead couple that he knew through family ties.

Sources told NBC that he was involved in a dispute with the woman in the relationship, identified as 44-year-old Roxana Llorens, who used to date his father. The pair had at least one child together.

NBC obtained court records showing that Llorens filed a domestic violence injunction this week against Blanco’s dad — who did the same to her. The man also reportedly tried to slap her boyfriend, Randall Browning, 55, with a stalking injunction.

Blanco was apparently upset about all this and decided to end the drama once and for all on Thursday, according to cops.

Driving up in his Ford F-150, the man allegedly set upon Llorens and Browning just after midnight — fatally shooting them both while they were parked at a gas station in southwest Miami-Dade.

“It sounded like [the gun] repeated bang, bang, bang, bang, bang,” said resident Grace Mbuyi in an interview with CBS Miami.

“It was very loud,” she added. “At first, I thought it was construction work but then I knew they were gunshots, it was horrifying. I just ran to my uncle’s room. I was in the living room watching TV and just ducked to the floor and ran to my uncle’s room, shaking.”

Mabilin Beltrán, who also lives nearby, recalled hearing “like 10 shots.”

“It was scary,” she said. “We’re supposed to be in a safe country, and I love this country but, I don’t know, people get out of control with guns. I don’t think it’s necessary to kill another person because you destroy their life, you don’t know if they have kids. So it’s kind of awful. It makes me worried about going to that gas station late at night.”

My view: This is terrible, some people don't have regard for human life, so sad.
