Katie Price will face a court for the third time this year after shouting 'are you enjoying f*****g my husband' at her ex Kieran Hayler's new girlfriend outside a primary school, Daily Mail reported.
The mother-of-five will face a charge of using threatening words or behaviour after the altercation on September 5, and will appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court on March 13.
The 40-year-old former glamour model has previously appeared in court this year over two separate driving offences - being drunk in charge of a vehicle and driving while disqualified and without insurance.
Price is accused of directing the verbal onslaught at Hayler's new girlfriend Michelle Penticost while picking up her children Jett and Bunny, leaving other parents shocked.
The TV personality has since threatened to remove them from the school, which Pentcost's son also attends, because she had been left feeling like 'the black sheep of the playground', according to The Sun.
Sussex Police told MailOnline: 'Katie Price, 40, has been summons to court to answer a charge of using threatening, abusive, words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in connection with a verbal altercation.
'She will appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court on March 13.'
Price was criticised on February 25 when she laughed off a three-month driving ban after she was found slumped in a 'very' drunken state in the back of her vomit-covered pink Range Rover which police saw collide with a grass verge.
She was almost twice the legal limit after drinking four pornstar martinis when she was arrested in the early hours last October in Greenwich, South East London.
The TV personality was cleared of drink driving after claiming the driver was her boyfriend's friend.

And in January, she was banned from getting behind the wheel for three months after she admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance.
She was also fined £1,100 after being spotted driving on the A24 near her West Sussex home on July 25 while a six-month driving ban was still in place.
She pleaded with the court not to ban her again, saying she needed her car to visit her terminally ill mother Amy and ferry her son Harvey, who has various conditions including Prader–Willi syndrome, to hospital appointments.
Price is currently on holiday in Thailand with her boyfriend Kris Boyson.
