"Mental health is the real key to recovery.

"When you are brave enough to ask for help, you can be lifted up... when you share your story, you can change the world.

"You are showing us all that anything is possible."

The next Invictus Games will be held in the Netherlands in 2020.

The Duchess of Sussex has spoken passionately about the spirit of unity throughout the Invictus Games 2018 during her Closing Ceremony speech.

“By the end of this week, your own becomes everyone in the Invictus family," she told the crowd, eliciting a roar of support.

"I am truly so grateful to be part of this."

Fittingly, Meghan's playoff tune was Sister Sledge's classic, We Are Family.

My view: In her Invictus Game closing speech, Meghan Markle passionately talked about the spirit of unity, well Meghan how about uniting your own family, especially your father, you'll look credible if you do that, charity begins at home, try to forgive Thomas Markle your Dad and stop being hard-hearted.
