Khashoggi murder 'planned days in advance" - Turkey's Erdogan
The killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi was planned days in advance, the Turkish president says, addressing MPs from his ruling party, BBC reported.
He said Turkey had strong evidence Khashoggi was killed in a premeditated and "savage" murder at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul on 2 October.
He also called for the suspects to be tried in Istanbul.
He demanded Saudi Arabia provide answers about where Khashoggi's body was and who ordered the operation.
Mr Erdogan confirmed that 18 people had been arrested in the kingdom over the case. However, he has not released any details of the evidence gathered about the killing.

He made no mention of any audio or video recordings mentioned in media reports in the days following the journalist's disappearance.
President Erdogan said three teams of 15 Saudi nationals had arrived in Istanbul on separate flights in the days and hours leading up to the murder.

My view: I think the Turkish president is doing the right thing, by demanding that Saudi Arabia should send back the criminals, who commited the savage crime, exactly what I wrote yesterday in My view, if the Saudi government have nothing to hide and they believe that the 18 acted on their own without authorization from the cute angelic face Crown Prince, then they should release the evil men that cut up Khashoggi's body into pieces. The Turks clearly don't want to release the audio/video evidence until all their questions are answered. Thanks to Khashoggi's girlfriend, who was waiting outside the house of horror and called the Turkish security officials, the Saudis would have twisted the story of Khashoggi's disappearance. also thanks to God for not allowing the brainless murderers to think fast as to abducting his fiancee, the Crown Prince who allegedly authorized the evil mission would have been laughing his head off by now, but unfortunately for him and his gang, The Almighty God showed them that he's greater than humans. I still believed that the Crown Prince should step down, because the vicious murder of Khashoggi happened under his watch in his own consulate, so if the Saudis are saying that the Prince was not aware of the crime, then it shows how incompetent he is, as he can't control his security officials. I hope the same punishment is given to the 18 criminals and it should be public execution, so the world can watch them scream the same way Khashoggi screamed, screamed and screamed for 7-minutes before he died.
