Moment thugs kick and punch traffic warden to the ground before stealing his moped

A gang of masked thugs was filmed viciously kicking and punching a moped rider to the ground before stealing his bike.

A video shows the helpless victim crying out ‘what are you doing?’ as the men repeatedly stamp on his head in the broad daylight attack in College Road, Alum Rock, Birmingham.

The vile youths were seen laughing and taunting the man, who has been identified as an on-duty traffic warden, as they beat him in front of several onlookers who did nothing to intervene, but instead recorded the action with their phones.

Metro reports that, West Midlands Police arrested a 20-year-old man Saturday morning, but are still trying to identify the five men shown in the footage.

Arslan Ali Shani wrote: ‘Where is your humanity?’ Fezan Siddique said: ‘What vile cowards.

Hopefully they are brought to justice.’

My view: The onlookers filming the incident did absolutely nothing to help the man being attacked, they should have called the police immediately instead they were more interested in recording the vicious attack that they'll post on social media. There's no need to waste tax payers money to try the vile thugs, they should be locked up, since there's clear video evidence.
