Video shows horror car crash that killed four friends in Bradford

Shocking footage shows the moment a BMW flies off the road and hits a tree in a crash which left four friends dead.

The vehicle left the road in Bradford in the early hours of yesterday morning when it was being pursued by an unmarked police car.

Three victims were named locally as Murthza Chaudhry, 22, Zeeshan 'Ziggy' Khalid, 20, and Arbaz Hussain, 21.

The fourth was identified only as a man called Tayyub. Police said the BMW 1 Series - which Mr Chaudhry had recently brought - was being 'driven at speed' before the crash.

Campaigners say the road in the Heaton area of the city is treated ‘like a race track’ at night, Metro reported.

Mr Chaudhry's father said: 'It was his BMW – he had just bought it brand new. He has only had it about two weeks. He was just a happy little lad. He was so happy he had friends everywhere. He was a polite and quiet lad.

'I used to say to him, 'Don't stay out too long because you don't want to be getting into trouble'. He was only young. He was my only son and I am heartbroken.'

My view: This is heartbreaking, I feel for their parents. It's so sad.
