Manchester United star Anthony Martial fires back at Jose Mourinho as he says 'Family always com
Anthony Martial has broken his silence on his absence since leaving Manchester United’s pre-season tour after Jose Mourinho hit out at the him.
The 22-year-old, who left midway through the tour since the birth of his second child, angered Jose Mourinho by not returning for the final two games.
The forward has not been back at United's training ground since the birth of his son a week ago, which has led to Martial facing disciplinary action.
Martial is reportedly back to training Thursday with his teammates ahead of the upcoming Premier League season
According to reports, Martial faces a £180,000 fine - which amounts to two weeks' wages - as speculation mounts he will leave Manchester United in this summer's transfer window.
Martial took to Twitter on Wednesday and wrote in French: "Thank you all for your messages. My little Swan is well, it was more difficult for the mum but thanks to God she is better now. I'm sorry but my family will always come first. Back in Manchester tomorrow."

Mourinho is looking to drop Martial, after coming to the conclusion the forward is simply not mentally strong enough to play under him, with United placing a £70million price-tag on him.

But it appears Manchester United are struggling to sign a replacement for Martial before the Premier League transfer window closes on August 9, with Inter Milan and Croatia star Ivan Perisic being Mourinho's choice.
After United's 2-1 win over Real Madrid in Miami, Mourinho was asked if Martial would be leaving.
Mourinho refused to answer the question, saying: "Anthony Martial is better for Karen [United's press officer] to answer if she wants to answer."
