Alan Shearer
Former England striker on BBC One
"I've been very impressed. We're creating chances and getting balls into the box after reluctantly doing that first in the first 15 minutes. I have seen nothing from Sweden that should worry us.
It was a magnificent header by Harry Maguire. If Sweden are going to play a high line then they are going to concede chances. They're playing into England's hands."
Chris Waddle
Ex-England winger on BBC Radio 5 live
"We look like we are going to score from every set-piece but we don't create a lot from general play. With Raheem Sterling playing up front, Dele Alli and Jesse Lingard don't make runs and they look scared to get beyond.
It's up to Sterling to stretch the play and create space for Lingard and Alli to run into."
Jurgen Klinsmann
Former Germany head coach on BBC One
"Both teams were nervous at the start. But then they settled, especially England. You could see it coming. What a goal it was".
Rio Ferdinand
Former England defender on BBC One
"Set pieces are proving crucial for England – they’ve got big lumps in there. What they’ve created in this tournament is a fear among opposing teams. That’s why Ashley Young is in the team, his delivery has been fantastic."
My view: After watching the first half, there's nothing special about Sweden players that England should be worried about, as they have no pace, absolutely average team, England should have scored more goals. England are really looking good.
