Schoolboys 14 and 15 arrested for attempted murder after 14-year-old boy was ‘stabbed in stomach wit

A 14-year-old boy was stabbed in the stomach with a 10-inch kitchen knife on a busy north London street yesterday evening.

The Sun reports that, Cops have arrested two boys, aged 14 and 15-year's-old, after the victim was stabbed multiple times as the capital's bloodbath continues.

Horrified onlookers pleaded with the attacker to stop before emergency services arrived at the scene.

Police found the 14-year-old victim with a number of stab injuries on Fairbridge Road, in Holloway, at 6.50pm on Sunday.

The road is off Holloway Road, which has become notorious for its high number of moped gang raids.

The victim is in a serious but stable condition after being airlifted to hospital, Scotland Yard said.

Cops originally arrested an 11-year-old boy but he was released without charge last night.

A local resident said the attacker was no taller than her nine-year-old son.

Amina Taylor, 40, a journalist, said two men and what appeared to be two young teenagers were involved in a fight for a few minutes before a third teenager ran towards them carrying a “cumbersome” weapon.

She witnessed the stabbing from the balcony outside her second floor flat overlooking the scene of the crime and said all those involved were white.

Amina said: "We could all see the knife in his hand. It was the kind of blade you take out of your mum’s kitchen because it’s the biggest thing in her chopping block. It was a good eight inches. It was a carver chicken kind of vibe.

"You could hear the screams of 'No, stop it, don't do anything, don't be stupid' and he went for (one of the adults) first but then he was kind of swinging wildly and then he just thrust the knife into the stomach of the teenager."

She said she was shocked to see "somebody who is clearly barely taller than my nine-year-old son coming down with a weapon in his hand".

Police tape, guarded by uniformed officers, marked off a cordon at the end of Fairbridge Road next to a neighbourhood cafe.

In a statement, the Met said: "At this early stage officers retain an open mind as to motive."

Shopkeeper Abdullah Ozcelik, who works nearby, said: "These people are just little children. It should be unbelievable. It should not happen to anyone."

Police have appealed for anyone who saw the stabbing to contact them.

The 14-year-old is the latest victim in Lawless London's bloodshed as the knife crime epidemic continues to rise in the capital.

Yesterday four people were knifed at the Garage Nation festival in East London, with two men airlifted to hospital.

There have been at least 52 fatal stabbings in the capital this year.

Knife crime across the country has risen by a staggering 21 per cent in the 12 months to September 2017, according to quarterly figures released by the Office of National Statistics.

Stabbings in London are at their highest level in six years, with a 23 per cent rise from the previous year.

The rise in violence has been linked in some areas to the drugs trade, with a reported rise in county lines drug networks.

Mayor of London Sadiq Khan said: "Incidents like this have a devastating impact on families and our communities and we need to send the message that they will not be tolerated.

"Politicians, the police and all Londoners must unite in saying it is never acceptable to carry a knife - and it does not make you safer."

My view: it's so sad what's happening to some teenagers, who behave like psychopaths, when these morons are caught police should publish their pictures, killers identity should be revealed to the public, to prevent others from doing same evil act.
