ROYAL BROMANCE: BARACK OBAMA PREPARES FOR HIS BBC INTERVIEW WITH PRINCE HARRY (VIDEO)

Prince Harry has interviewed former president Barack Obama for his guest edit of BBC Radio 4's Today programme - with some innovative questioning techniques.

The BBC released a teaser of the interview, which was recorded in Toronto in September during the Invictus Games, in which Obama and Prince Harry joke together before beginning their chat.

The interview with the former president was part of Prince Harry's guest editorship of the BBC's Today program.

In the footage, Prince Harry and Mr Obama warm up ahead of the chat, with Mr Obama joking: "Do I need a British accent?"

Prince Harry later confessed: "You're excited about this and I'm nervous about it, that's what's quite funny," to which Mr Obama replied: "I will interview you if you want."

In the warm-up to the encounter, the prince warns President Obama he will get "the face" if he pauses too long between answers.

For his part, the former president asks whether he needs a British accent and offers to turn the tables and interview Prince Harry.

The interview will be broadcast for Prince Harry's guest edition of the programme on December 27th, reports BBC.
