MANUSHI CHHILLAR FROM INDIA WINS MISS WORLD 2017 TITLE AS THERE WAS NO STOPPING MEDICAL STUDENT CHHI

Miss India Manushi Chhillar has won the Miss World 2017 crown this year. The young aspiring surgeon brought home the trophy after 17 years since Priyanka Chopra did it in 2000. What makes Manushi's win even more special is the fact that around the same time 23 years back Aishwarya Rai had won the Miss World title. While Manushi looked like a winner right from the beginning, it was her answer that bowled over the audience at the Sanya Arena City, China who could not stop cheering for the beauty before the Miss World 2017 winner was announced, reports Timesnownews.

Manushi was asked, which profession in her opinion deserved the biggest pay cheque and she took her personal reference and said how she looked up to her mother and it's a mother's job is deserving of not just money, but more.

Manushi said, "“I think a mother is of highest respect. I don’t think its just about cash but love and respect she gives to someone. She is the biggest inspiration in my life.

Mother should get highest respect".

Of course, Manushi struck an emotional chord with everyone across the globe with this answer. While other contestants struggled to answer, Manushi was cool and composed and immediately took a personal stand and expressed herself with poise.

And that's how beauty and brain Manushi Chhillar beat Miss Mexico Andrea Meza (first runner-up) and Miss England Stephanie Hill (second runner-up) to win the title.
