The Bad Blood singer alleged in a deposition that DJ David Mueller, 55, sexually assaulted her as she greeted fans on her 2013 Red Tour.
During the deposition, Taylor claimed Mueller "reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo."
She continued: "No matter how much I scooted over it was still there.
"It was completely intentional, I've never been so sure of anything in my life."
It is claimed she could make an appearance at the federal court in Denver on Monday as the jury selection begins.
According to Reuters, Taylor will testify abut the alleged rear-grab in the trial.
Mueller has denied the allegations and has even sued the star over the allegations.
He claimed she interfered with contractual obligations and prospective business relations.
