Chelsea players were made to work for the win by a fired-up Watford as the Blues celebrate after the final whistle.
John Terry celebrated his first league start since September by scoring the opening goal, Chelsea's 100th goal in all competition this season, and he will leave at the end of the season after more than two decades at the club.
John Terry's goal came after 22 minutes before his blunder then gifted Watford's Etienne Capoue an instant equaliser with a poor header.
