Any person claiming ownership of the cash is expected to appear before the judge on May 5, with proof

The Nation reports that apartment 7B in Osborne Towers where the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) discovered $43.4m may be sold.

NAIJ.com reports that: A Presidential Investigative Committee is probing the suspended Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Amb. Ayo Oke, over the cash and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Babachir Lawal, for a N200million contract awarded to a company, Global Vision Limited, linked with him.

Reportedly a directive had been given to the agency to put the apartment in the property market.

My opinion: If you believe that the money was discovered by EFCC and they are still unable to find the owner, it just showed how incompetent the agency is.

Why didn't they place surveillance at the apartment?

Why were there no security measures in place?

Or is it the clueless Buhari's Government that planted the money? just to make noise that they are fighting corruption, while millions are suffering without a job or Income support from this useless Administration.

It is straight forward that the last or current key-holder definitely owns the $43million, he or she can deny it as they like, because no one will move from an apartment and forget such a huge sum of money and let a new tenant take over, it is impossible.
