It was a shocking defeat to Liverpool in their backyard
Liverpool came back alive in the game when Roberto Firmino beat Swansea’s new signing Martin Olsson in the air to plant a header past Lukasz Fabianski.
And it was Firmino again who levelled things up. It was a spectacular goal as the Brazilian controlled Georginio Wijnaldum’s cross on his chest in the box, and half-volleyed the ball into the back of the net.
Incredibly, Swansea hit back to shock the Anfield crowd. Carroll drove into the box, and the ball deflected up to Gylfi Sigurdsson who fired home for 3-2.
