Premier League star Dele Alli has moved into a £2.25 million mansion as he builds up a property empire.

Alli's luxury five-bedroom home is in a gated development, in the village of Elstree, Hertfordshire.

Dele Alli, 20, shelled out £2.25million for his new home in November last year and it is believed he now plans to buy further properties and plots of land to expand his portfolio.

Midfielder Dele Alli, spotted last week with girlfriend Ruby Mae, is planning to buy homes and parcels of land parcels of land in the south of England with his Premier League millions.

Alli has reportedly moved in with his best friend, and fellow footballer, Harry Hickford - while the Tottenham ace's model girlfriend Ruby Mae is also believed to be living with him

It is reported that Alli is planning for life after football and wants to build up his Property business, Future Homes Investments Ltd.

A source told the Sun: 'Dele is being clever and wants to make sure that he has a series of investments which will continue to grow well beyond his football career.'

Alli's new build is described as being on a 'ground breaking and special new luxury development', by agents Statons.

It is reported that Dele set up Future Homes Investments Ltd last November and information supplied to Companies House reveals the outfit’s aims are “letting and operating of owned or leased real estate”.

The house sits in a gated estate alongside six other homes and boasts underground parking, a cinema room, wine cellar and a gym room.

It is also reported that the house has 'sensational and unrivalled views of Radlett Park golf course and rolling countryside.'
