MAN WHO RAPED FEMALE FRIEND THEN SENT HER AN APOLOGY ON WHATSAPP 'I'M SORRY; I FEEL BAD'
Ryan Falconer, 24, Dad -of -one allegedly raped a friend in her own home and later sent her a WhatsApp message with a sad face and "I am sorry," a court heard.
The lady had sent Ryan Falconer a message after he left her house, it reads: "You don't understand how upset I am," the jury was told.
Falconer, denies rape and attempted rape, replied: "Me too. I am sorry"
Ryan Falconer sent a follow-up apology accompanied by a sad face emotion, the jury heard.
Jonathan Sharp the prosecutor told the court: "It was a clear and comprehensive admission."
Sharp said the complainant was "deeply, deeply upset" by what happened in May last year. The lady, who cannot be named, Google searched "I think I have been raped" and "was it rape?" after the alleged attack, the court heard.
