INDIAN MAN ''DIED' TWICE AFTER SNAKE BITE COMES BACK TO LIFE ON THE FUNERAL PYRE THEN DI
The young man's body pictured 'died twice' after being bitten by a snake.
As mourners gathered to lit a pyre to burn his body, reportedly he started moaning and they realised he was still alive.
Instead of taking him to a hospital they took him to a traditional tantric practitioner
The man known as Sandeep, 23, had gone to the forest to gather woods when he was bitten. When he returned to the village he was taken to a traditional tantric healer in the next village.
It was reported that the tantric treatment was ineffective and the villagers believed he had died then they decided to bury him in the local cemetery
The funeral pyre was lit, then Sandeep started shouting and mourners realised he was still alive
Relatives then took him to the same tantric practitioner instead of a hospital.
Sadly, he couldn't be saved and the tantric declared Sandeep dead for the second time.
He was then taking to the district hospital for post-mortem examination.
Tantra reportedly is an ancient India tradition of beliefs and meditation and ritual practices.
