ALLEGED teen killer Aiden Fucci told cops he pushed 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey to the ground after she "grabbed his penis", it has emerged as the murder investigation continues.

Bailey was found dead in woodland near Fucci's home on Mother's Day having been stabbed 114 times after her family reported her missing.
Fucci, who is being prosecuted as an adult despite his age, told cops an argument erupted between the pair as they walked back from a friend's house in the early hours of the morning.
Showing deputies the path they took, Fucci claimed to police that when the two passed Leith Hall Drive, Bailey "grabbed his penis" which made him "p**sed", and an argument ensued, reports Action News Jax.
He told authorities he then pushed her hard to the ground and she hit her head. According to the report, Fucci said he left her there.
It comes after new video emerged showing Fucci walking with Bailey on the night she was killed.
Florida prosecutors allege that the clip they have as evidence shows Fucci with Bailey the night of her death, and then running alone later that same night.

The video of Bailey and Fucci allegedly walking toward a wooded area in their neighborhood after midnight came from a neighbor’s surveillance camera, according to The Daily Mail.
Another shocking video released by the State Attorney's Office on Tuesday shows what investigators allege is Fucci's mother, Crystal Smith, washing blood off of her son's jeans.
She allegedly washed the trousers while her son was being interviewed by deputies.
After the jeans and a drain in his home tested positive for blood, Smith was charged with evidence tampering in connection with Bailey's death.
On May 27, Florida attorney R.J. Larizza announced that prosecutors were charging Fucci as an adult on first-degree murder.
He said Fucci had told friends that he was going to kill someone within the next 30 days, leading to accusations that the act against Bailey was premeditated.
According to Larizza, the 14-year-old specifically detailed that he would "take someone into the woods and stab them."
An autopsy showed Bailey, whose body was found near Fucci’s home in St Johns, Florida, on Mother's Day, had been stabbed 114 times.
Both Fucci and Bailey attended the same school in Florida.
In addition to the other videos, the State Attorney's Office released three Snapchat videos that show Fucci and a friend in the back of a patrol car while Bailey was still missing.
“We're having fun, in a f***ing cop car,” Fucci said in the videos.
He then addressed Bailey and said, “Tristyn if you f***ing walk out the damn…,” before his friend said Tristyn would “see this in a month,” the Mail reported.
The outlet noted that when authorities searched Fucci's home, they found a notebook filled with “violent” drawings of women.
One reportedly had a female with red Xs on her breasts as well as severed arms with blood.
Fucci has pleaded not guilty to murder. He remains in jail without bail.
His mother was released after posting a $25,000 bond.
